Vintage fashionistas and bath & body fanatics, listen up. We’re going on a shopping spree tomorrow, and you might want to clear your schedules.
Always Brewing in Grandmont Rosedale is hosting holiday popup shops from noon to 5 p.m. They’ll have two or three vendors every Friday in December (excluding the 26th). First up are two sweet shops called Ivy’s Vintage Vine and Wild Earth.
Ivy’s Vintage Vine curates a seriously adorable collection of vintage dresses, along with clutches, bags, hats and other accessories. Ivy Carlson scours trunk shows and thrift shops for the perfect pieces that make every retro-stylish girl swoon.
Check out her instagram page (@ivysvintagevine) for a peek at some of the one-of-a-kind fashions you might find in the shop. They’re crazy cute – you’ll need willpower of steel to leave without a new outfit or two.
Wild Earth is an urban permaculture (sustainable environmental design) project based in Brightmoor. We love their biodegradable soaps, body scrubs, lip balm, powders and ink printed cards. Pick out just the right handmade gift for someone special, or spoil yourself with their luxe yet environmentally friendly bath products.
Cozy up to a freshly brewed cup of coffee and shop the afternoon away – or make a quick stop on your lunch break. A warm bowl of soup and slice of pumpkin bread will satisfy your hunger while you shop. Stop by Love Travels Imports before you head home or back to the office.
If your holiday decorations could use a boost – or you want to DIY a few gifts – you should also check out Always Brewing’s Holiday Ornament Craft Night next Tuesday.
